Purpose: To accept our capacity to overflow the joy of the Lord. Our incapacity to keep all of God’s love, joy and peace in our hearts, gives us the capacity to overflow and share that with this world. However, we have to understand the meaning of joy. Joy can be real when there are times of pain or uncertainty. Joy is not happiness. God did not promise happiness. God promised Joy. This is a good moment to unpack what the meaning of JOY
