**Reminder: If you need to book a room or area, you must fill out the "Room/Area Reservation Form" prior to requesting promotional needs.

All promotions/AV requests are due 6 weeks prior to event date. Once request is received and approved you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact the church office at 210-654-0881.

Design: If you have an idea of what you would like your promotion to look like, describe it or attach examples of the graphic that you would like (no more than 3). If you don't have an idea, leave it up to the Media Specialist.
